Community Food Distribution - Christian Family Baptist Church

On August 15, 2026, members of SANCSC had the distinct pleasure of volunteering at the Community Food Distribution Ministry at Christian Family Baptist Church (CFBC), providing free groceries to members of our community who were in need of assistance.

CFBC is dedicated to fighting hunger and supporting our community. Through their progressive outreach ministry, they strive to provide high-quality groceries to those in need. With the support of our partners, sponsors, and dedicated volunteers, they have distributed over one million pounds of groceries to 3.5 million individuals facing food insecurity.

Through their partners and sponsors, they buy food directly from local resources to supply higher-quality products to members of our community. 

The community and CFBC partners have rallied for the past eight years to fight hunger and malnutrition in the San Antonio community.

SANCSC is proud to support Pastor Rob Johnson and his CFBC team, as we continue to live up to our motto of "Giving Back to the Community."
