Membership is open to all active duty or retired military, active or retired civil service, or members of the Guard or Reserves, regardless of race, sex, or age.

SANCSC holds 501(c)(19) status.

Applicants must:

1. Be a minority (as defined by the US Equal Opportunity Commission).

2. Be a graduating high school senior who has been accepted to a University or College.

3. Reside in the San Antonio Metropolitan area.

4. Complete an application packet.

5. Excel academically, possess exceptional leadership potential, and have made an impact on their community through service to others.

NOTE: Only complete packets received before the posted deadline will be considered.
